"The new business plan is to sell units. We are waiting on news that a sale of processor 4 is in the works."
So what about starting up the processors and running them at near capacity to produce the $9M per year each as estimated by SAIC?? That would be good to do in the meantime while JBI is waiting for that first customer to show up, right?
