A class 1 modular vault has walls about 6" thick and a class 2 modular vault has walls about 9" thick, the vault door has little to do with the rating of the vault as long as it meet minimum design specs as they can be upgraded. The image of the vault entrance suggests a 6"-9" wall thickness. Many financial, pharmaceutical and governmental facilities use anywhere from a class 1 to class 5 vault door but as I said, I am not an expert and could be mistaken. Danwayu2 asked a question that no one fielded so I replied with the preface that I was not an expert.
P.S. These are US standards/ratings. Canada may have a slightly different scale.
