At this point even if DUTV is being waylaid by their "partners" or other licensing, patent or governmental issues, it would be extremely detrimental to the stock for them to delay again without signifigant disclosure.
Once they produced the financials showing revenues, albeit furtively, they opened their own pandora's box. If they are truly producing revenue it can not be out of thin air so they must share with us exactly what we have been pinning our hopes on these many, many months.
No financials, no explanations, no details will, at this point in the game cause DUTV to be rightly labeled as severely unprofessional and unworthy of the confidence of new investors (or old) unless and until they show where their revenue source is.
