OK... so, at this point, Shirley, PanAm and CWRN are off the hook in TX, so to speak, and this is between Bob and GT/Yee(?). So, unless there's some ancillary connection, I'd expect Brad should be close to unleashing the hounds, unless the CA case is also a roadblock. Suspect it may be where financials/audits are involved, no?
