Investor confidence indicates that the close of the trading day is when the filing needs to occur. Technically they have until 12 midnight but with their filing history, if the market closes without them filing, especially with their boasting tweets, they will get bashed.
If they don;t file today then we have a very severe case of hope deferred when coupled with their tweet can look very much like False hope.
