Biden was rude, arrogant and dis-respectful! I don't think he made any friends for his behavior.
And he lied or was dumb about the fact that they asked for additional security at the embassy. And Biden blamed Ryan's budget cuts for lack of funds for additional security but they could have sent them 10 Chevy Volts!
