Thanks, but do you know anybody who has been able to obtain a copy of the "White Paper" that SAIC JBI will provide?  I have asked and was told there is too much proprietary information for that paper to be released.

Bottom line: The proposed three processor facility in Jacksonville, FL, would be expected to cost $8.5 million to construct and would generate anywhere from $13 million to $28 million EBITDA, depending on yield (40 - 80%) and uptime (50 - 75%) achieved.

The petcoke removal system being designed/constructed is proposed to allow up to 90% uptime, so the high end of the earnings range could be higher.
