Many times in the past I have stated that the Authorized, Outstanding, and Float that are being reported by the financial communities for BLTA are effectively much, much, much less disappointing than you can imagine by looking at the numbers.
Keep in mind that almost 80% of the Outstanding shares are held between Baltia Personnel and a small group of about 10 or so very large investors.
This group can be considered LONG and will hold when the pps starts rising - limiting supply.
Let me take one step further. As for "the float" - my group alone (which consists of one large investor and a few of his friends and relatives) is in control of just over 33% of the float.
You won't see that when you look at the "statistics".
33%..........practically 1/3 of the shares that are tradeable once the market learns about BLTA (which should occur sometime in May) are under the control of someone who is long on BLTA.
Anyone looking at the financial data being reported by the various markets and on the various websites won't see this.....they are not privy to these details......so the numbers are very misleading.
