Eco-Tek Worldwide Announces Exclusive Agreement With Distributor for Mexico
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 22, 2014) - Eco-Tek Group Inc. (OTCQB:ETEK) is pleased to announce the appointment of Inversiones Y Construcciones Fabriles (ICF) as our exclusive distributor in Mexico. "ICF has been in discussions with Eco-Tek for some time and after significant market research have concluded that our products will be well received in Mexico," said Stephen Tunks, Eco-Tek CEO. "We have shipped the demo order and look forward to our International Training Team visiting with ICF and several of their potential customers in early May."
The agreement requires ICF to purchase a minimum of $50,000.00 of Eco-Tek lubricant products and bypass systems during each 12 month period of the five year agreement. "Eco-Tek is very pleased with our new relationship with ICF," stated Mr. Tunks, "We expect ICF to be very successful in their marketplace."
