It's a remarkable turnaround given the Iowa legislative session had ended and special measures were required to bring MMJ now to a vote. Let's hope a good bill passes. Kudos to Governor Branstad for opening a dialogue with parents of children afflicted with brain seizures. The parents came equipped with very persuasive data.
I have always liked Iowa and Iowans. A few years ago, they did a study and found that Iowans would wait the longest before honking at a vehicle waiting (intentionally, for the study) at a stop sign.
In cities like #1 New York City #2 - Miami #3 - Washington, D.C. #4 - Los Angeles #5 - Boston (Top 5 rudest 2012), they might honk even before the red light changes. lol
Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to move the nation's capital to Iowa so that crowd can learn some manners and how to listen to the People.
