Let me add one thing that is far too often dismissed....Tom Allinder is knocking it out of the park too!  He is pulling off an amazing feet in an insanely short amount of time....He's been CEO for what? 7 months?  Look at the accomplishments!  Clearly there is work to be done...He's the man....he knows what he's doing here...

I know, Cheryl, you have been instrumental in the drive for product and company awareness, amongst everything else you are working on....beautiful, professional, undeniable
