Thanks, but I am going to cut it short since I have a ton of things to get done today.
In February, a whale came along and funded Baltia with more than enough $ to get through certification, so the meeting of the other whales set for 2/9 was canceled.
At that time (mid February), Igor raised the authorized shares from 3.5 billion to 3.986 (another 486 million) - which I presumed to coincide with the investing by the whale and his group.
Now, I am not sure how long it takes a change in outstanding shares to actually get reported to the financial community, but I would have thought we should have heardbout it a lot sooner than this (and I myself have not been watching, so I don't know for sure when the change in OUTSTANDING shares was reported ).
As for today's activity......my analysis.....someone BIG is attempting to plunge the pps now (a couple of weeks before May) and shake out the weak before the price appreciation we all expect next month.
Now........say I am crazy all you want, but I got wind of this new attempt early last week and I know where 10 million of those shares that sold in the last 7 days at .015 went to....................
