Please contact the Circuit Clerk's Office at (479) 444-1538 to set up a new account.
This is free you just need to call them and sign some simple paperwork for access.
They will email you a couple of forms. Fill them out and send them back and they will give you a user and password. You will have to learn the system and how it works as everything is there.
This gives you an unbiased view as there are many posters on other boards that will use parts and pieces of information to their advantage to support their agenda's (with bad intentions I might add).
