He does seem over qualified to be COB of FITX at this point in the game. I'm positive, given his background, that he did a very detailed DD about FITX and really liked what he saw.
It only makes sense that he sees us going upward in a massive way that helps him professionally, financially or both. No matter his reason, it appears to be a huge win for us.
