I did some checking on this. They applied before the rule so the 30 days of .01+ does not apply to us. However. May 1 we will need to be .01. Contact OTC markets and they can clarify if you need. Basically we need to be .01 (bid price) May 1 to stay uplisted. This is also if we get the official uplisting approval before May 1 which I think we may. High expectations here. I challenge everyone to re read that last pr 5 times. Setting the stage for huge revenues IMO
