(formerly known as American Realty Capital New York Recovery REIT, Inc., "NYRT" (NYSE: NYRT), announced today that, in conjunction with the listing of its shares of common stock on the New York Stock Exchange, it has commenced a concurrent tender offer to purchase up to 23,255,814 shares of its common stock at a price equal to $10.75 per share (net to the seller in cash, less any applicable withholding taxes and without interest), or up to $250 million worth of common stock.
