That one should have been asked and answered. It was the main reason HC talked with "The Bill" and asked if the project (building #1) could be expedited. The FITX Team re-engineered the building #1 layout and the project scope to accommodate the HC request to get prepared to start growing.
"The Bill" has mentioned several times that HC needs a two week notice for inspection, I would wager the call to HC happened over a week ago. JMHO and my 2 cents worth.
