TM - Thanks for sharing your analysis. Unfortunately, it lends support to my own view of the situation. Although I will remain open to some surprising revelation up to the last minute, in the absence of that I will be trying to get out with as much as possible.
One thing for everyone to consider is that even if management were to be exonerated the stock price will be severely depressed for a long time to come, probably years. The cost of holding the stock and waiting for it to recover in such a case includes loss of potential profit that could be made during the period through investment of whatever funds can be recovered by selling on the 25th.
