Friends…I've been a commercial land developer most of my career, pushing 20 years this year, and I have just a few things to say. I've been a fan of FITX since last November and have cautiously watched the progress and have added FITX to my portfolio. What a ride! I'm in this for the long haul….because I'm a believer. I will add that based on my experience, Mr. Chaaban and his construction team have done remarkable things on their site. Considering how bad the weather has been up in those parts (I'm a NEglander), they have managed to make significant strides and it is possibly one of the most organized and clean sites I've seen in my career. You don't see this kind of progress every day folks. A lot of planning, DD, architecture, engineering, etc. goes into a project like this….well in advance of the structure itself, which has gone up very quickly IMO! And let me remind you….this is just the construction end of the business. The actual work of putting together and implementing the actual business within those walls is also happening concurrently…with even bigger strides as we've witnessed these last couple of months. With all due respect, the youtube video posted about the lack of this, that and the other thing, and how "little" activity was going on… is only testament to how ignorant its maker really was. I don't think the average person realizes how much work goes into what we've witnessed in photo and commentary, and I commend Chaaban's team for a job well done. There is a lot to be done yet, but they have been consistently hitting construction schedules on time as far as I can tell…despite the weather conditions we've ALL experienced this year. Rome wasn't built in a day….and we all know, when this fortified city is completed, and approved in short order, that even greater things will come. Patience my friends….Good things come to those who wait. Hats off to you Chaaban and your team. Go FITX!
