I'm happy we got a look at the facility and I appreciate that he took the video for us. I personally don't expect the license until some point in mid to late May. Why? I'm compensating for any speed-bumps along the way. Cameras will likely be installed once the inner fence is completed. Surely they would be waiting until the soil/ground dries up before bringing more vehicles near the fence. The soil looks pretty wet around the edges.

Just my two cents - we all know anything is possible and that Bill keeps reassuring us that everything is on schedule.
