"WELL BUDDY EVEN WHEN THEY CAME OUT AND SAID BEFOR
Post# of 11107
absolutely but only from the bashers !!! now longs are even bashing.
"THE COMPANY CANNOT WIN "
of course they can win. all they have to do is execute. so far so terrible in that category imo. transparency, honesty & integrity don't come with the caveat "only when it is in the best interests of the company". I'm not saying this is over by any stretch but come on. handle something well please (other than finding the 100 share painter).
"SO THE FACT THAT NO ONE KNOWS WHERE THE O/S ARE AS OF NOW SHOULD NOT ASSUME THERE HAS BEEN NO BUYBACK!!! "
first off I agree we don't know what the bleeping o/s is. nice transparency ! second all we can do is assume since there isn't ANY transparency. the company hasn't earned any benefit of the doubt in the o/s area as to date their efforts have been awful (not all their fault but most imo).
"A/S RAISES WILL MEAN NOTHING WITH ONE HUGE DEAL AND YOU KNOW IT!! "
i absolutely know this but if they do one huge deal when we are trading at .0003 then they are bigger financial morons than cassie thinks. the lower the sp the more shares we have to give up in a huge deal. simple math. run the stock up 10 bags & only give 10% of the shares for the same deal. you know this.
announce, the mailing of the gift shares, how many shares they bought back, that they are closing in on getting a deal done, etc & run the f$#%$#g stock.
raising the a/s to 10 billion doesn't give me comfort they know any of this imo. plus let's not forget they raised the a/s before for collateral reasons (per the co.). a higher sp would allow a reduction in the a/s which would help support the co. & its sp. our sp.
i hope i am wrong but we've been done that path before & i wasn't.
