I've learned from other boards that shareholders can rationalize anything and everything. As long as the company stays vague, shareholders will create the most optimistic scenario in their own minds and accept that as the probably reason. Any solid communication about OSC and the accounting or the process only puts limitations on shareholders' imaginations.
All of the problems JBI has had and is having are only symptoms. If Mr. Bordynuik really could make crude oil for under $10/bbl, he wouldn't have had to defraud investors with the valuation of the media credits. Any small amount of time spent on showing evidence of value of the process would have been much more effective.
It's like the lawyer representing a jewelry thief and the lawyer says, "I'll need $5,000 for retainer and your oath that you're innocent of the crime before I represent you."
To which the thief asks, "How about $5,000 and a bag of emeralds instead?"

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
