That is the only logical explanation I have come to. Truly, people can not be that dumb to truly believe what they are stating regarding the permits, vault, etc.? I really hope not, but I suppose it could be truly, the world is full of stupid people for sure. More likely they are true paid bashers or have an agenda related to competition, local opposition, etc. If they truly do believe the nonsense which they keep running in circles about, man they're gonna be really embarrassed and feel their stupidly pretty soon...
