I read something very similar, but it seemed to me it was concerning the frustration of the folks there getting blocked by the upper management of the SEC to the extent they could not do their jobs. If I remember correctly, some of the examples we're bank executives, and others who never got prosecuted , or even indicted as a result of the investigations. Kind of a , 'hands off', approach. There is no doubt that the SEC is a part of the 'GOOD OL' BOY'S' club, just as a lot of members of Congress. Just a fact of life these days.
I also have no doubt that times ARE changing and it takes time for the rollout of all the old guard and replacement with something better. I doubt it will ever be a perfect system...but, the more that comes to light...the better this Country will be as a result.
Phot has a lot of damage control to do here and I have still got the utmost confidence in them to get it right. A high-end professional doing their books would be a good start. GLTA
