The point of that is several fold:
Northrop Grumman invested a lot of time and money into that "proprietary property"..
...Cirque Energy is funding the back end.
Did anyone even consider the fact? that if proven....a given is noted that Northrop will manufacture these units for Cirque....as such....that same knowledge could be scalable and used in much larger co-firing facilities.
.....think about that.....
