I agree, even to hear the tone in his voice is telling of some information, as cryptic as it may be. But one things for sure, It shows some intention and determination towards continuing forward, as Increasing paid Public relations efforts is uncharacteristic of one who wants to draw less attention to a scheme. Usually pr is the first thing to die. But my take away is that Sterling is an extremely thoughtful man as can be discerned from the shakiness and frustration in his voice. I think one with malicious sociopathic intent, tends to be more blasé and unwavering.
