Honestly I would absolutely despise any stock trading at least in the tenths of a cent for increasing the A/S so much, but for a stock near zero like this it seems like a legitimate move for the company to try and raise money and continue operations.. Its the ones in this range that reverse split that are the true criminals. With that said, kudos to ftch for choosing the better of the two paths. The beautiful thing is when stocks in this price range announce some sort of financing deal they can run massive. Seems like the increase in A/S means they aren't reverse splitting which makes ftch extremely attractive for a triple zero stock.
