I agree 100% with you. Personally, I would have had the plan ready, I would have had it laid out and I would have delivered it strongly to my shareholders. However, that is my style, not necessarily his. His hoops are a lot smaller than my hypothetically ones. In other words, its easy for me to say, but I am not walking in his shoes. I get the irritation though. I really do. I am irritated as well because I am looking at it from a financial perspective more than a business plan perspective because of my personal interest. However, I can also step out the box and look at it from his perspective as well, which, although I stay irritated, I can stay rational as well and give the guy the time he needs.
If I decide to walk in a few months, I'll stick my tail between my legs, take my capital loss, grab a tax write off and move along. Lesson learned. That's just the way of life my friend.
