Budd: I think we hit paydirt. When I first discovered that private "iequity" board today, the post count was 227 with the last post on 09/24/2013, according to hangout.

Now, after that discovery, the post count is 228 with the last post on 04/17/2014. Six months of no posts and suddenly a post appears after the discovery. No random coincidence that.
