WTCG is a holding company which appears to have recently been very active and quite aggressive in entering into agreements and acquisitions with various companies in an array of industries.
I am guessing that depending on how the revenue performance is based on the use of the patents owned by Smokefree and marketing of the Smokefree products, perhaps Smokefree could recognize revenue by way of royalties from the licensing agreement (depending on how the contract was drawn up).
This is an excellent opportunity for Smokefree to engage the market and do some REAL business!
Based on Mr Roth comments, it appears that the Denverson relationship ultimately went no where, so now the company is moving forward with a partnership with W Technologies.
I like the verbiage used by Roth mentioning that this "is only our first step ..." and that "this represents the first of a number of new planned moves to put the Smokefree products into distribution ..."!
Well done, Mr Roth, at least this is a first step in the right direction for shareholders.
The primary issue is still of course the DTC global lock, however, engaging in long-term lucrative business ventures with other companies and having a REAL product in the market place is undeniable, so perhaps some day the powers that be will recognize that SFIO has always been a legitimate company doing what it can to raise capital to fund a start up business in a competitive new industry.
Do or do not, there is no try.
