CHEERS Hope "bob" is on it..lol, been going over those files which I have seen before but never studied them..I have to say that the filings should have been done by a professional as it seems like they were done by an amateur. Sec does not mess around about these things and had too many questions regarding them. Even requested ammending the 8k which they did and it was on time. So a flag has been raised and its a big red one plus the fact they have never smoked a joint in their lives does not help the matter. So Growlife fixes all the paperwork for their 2012 10k... but.... here come 2013 and that flag is still waving. Is the sec out to get them or did they mess up the 10K again..I say yes, definatly. I will write about that tomorrow. Just tuned into the other site and its a lynching in the works. Dont tell those people were here, its so nice and quiet. Well enjoy your evening, L
