I agree with your post for the most part, but the damage has been done. At least for me since I listened to all their PR's, Shareholder meetings and believed that items were coming in the very short term, Time after time, I also did not flip any during entire first year (I know my fault) but was afraid to be caught without shares. Then after one entire year and no profits (would of made more with funds in savings account) I had no choice but to have to sell some shares for family obligations at a loss. After one year of promises and being misled from day one about millions in contracts(which one would expect to raise the PPS) and continued bashing and manipulation the management did nothing to bring any value to their shareholders. For that the damage is done. The next question is after a year do I or others in the market actually believe that management has any plans to fulfill their fudiciary duty in the future? If I had enough funds I would take legal action against them for their failure of their fudiciary duty and misleading investors. Look at the time frame of all PR's released, share price before these releases, sentiments of both SKTO's boards at those given times and one would conclude that they were well timed to convince longs to stay long and to entice new investors. No divy, no forward split, no Larry King Interview and now those original revenues that I-Glow said did not exist from the beginning are being discharged or wrote off. If legal action were to be taken against these clowns one would make out quite well. Look at Crystal Falls for example. What about Darryll Pay? Allyns Pay? I am stuck holding my reaining shares because will not sell these for less than I paid and god knows when they will ever even get close to the price I paid with management not even trying to bring any value to their shareholders. Anyways I wish all invested the best.
