The gas situation is due to a contractual agreement with the pipeline company & has nothing to do with the Texas RRC.
To answer another question, no I do not have any inside information from Belize. Though I have researched their geology & that is where I draw my conclusions from... The sediment is not deep enough for there to have ever been an active source rock - In my opinion of course...
