The most striking thing of all, IMO, is that there is no longer any pretense, on a de facto basis, that the TOS are respected, because the main activity of that poster has come to consist of one of the following: a gross personal attack against Celtics or else, with growing frequency, Bsav, or otherwise the whole of the core group. Those attacks appear to carry all the distinctive features of libel. The systematic elimination of many posts that acknowledge merits in the policies being implemented by the company, or merits in the work done by Celtics and other core members, in supporting the name and the build-out of the company, has meant that the central function of the board (identifiable in the TOS) has already been lost to a very large extent. The immediate question is: What can be done by those who participate in that board and continue to believe in free speech and free discussion, but never in libel or slander, to remedy that challenging situation?
