Bates Wells Braithwaite LLP (BWB) has acted for Beaumont Cornish on the readmission of Top Level Domain Holdings as an operating company with a material trading activity, to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc, with a market capitalisation of GBP137 million. As part of the re-admission, the Company has changed its name to Minds + Machines Group Limited, in line with that of its wholly-owned registry services business, Minds + Machines LLC, and registrar business, Minds + Machines Registrar Limited.
