First of all you are wrong when you say that there is no shareholder meeting scheduled and that's all I'll say about that till I check about the NDA. I have explained to everyone exactly who is selling shorted shares and I have asked anyone for a reasonable explanation of who else it could be.
Some may not like the idea of someone selling shares at $14.00 to put this stock on hold for now but I for one could care less.
Let them dig as deep as they want.
So your betting the CEO was paid in shares and TelVue told him that he could sell them on the open market any time he wanted to.
Right and it could also be the Easter Bunny.
As for Mr Lenfest giving any one in his family anything it may surprise you to know when Gerry took the pledge to give away all his money he gave each of his children 200 million dollars at that time and they were told in no uncertain terms they would receive no more. That is documented by the Lenfest foundation.
For myself I don't care who it is but they are there and there will be no fire sale here. If someone wishes to take it down then I say good luck. If they want to take it up. Good luck. If they want to stay here till the company drops a bomb shell I say good luck.
