Savage: I find it interesting that, as of Dec 31, 2013, the 20 million restricted SKTO share certificates for the purchase of Berkeley Bio had still not been issued. In other words, technically not yet consummated. Berkeley Bio even as a sub is, of course, an independent company as noted in previous fins and press releases. If there should arise, perchance, some problem with the merger, who knows but perhaps there might be other less entangled and more beneficent scenarios that could be configured in which Benz and BB could fulfill their respective missions.

As of December 31, 2013, the share certificates had not been issued, but the shares are included in the issued and outstanding shares at December 31, 2013."
