EPIC software holds every piece of every aspect of the hospital....from beginning to end it's tied into all diagnostics such as CT, MRI, intervention radiology etc to provide real time direction for interventions, charting, pharmacy, consults....it's HUGE and is the software of choice to tie into the national data base so where ever you are in any state your patient records can be accessed...iHUGE. HUGE!!
