Tavy does not wish to post as Elliot Ness tonight on the dark-side so he is back as underdog. They have started early tonight. It looks like it could be a long night. I'm glad the Phillies play tonight.

I will give him this answer.

I have gone over this before many times. Just trying to put a tag on just who it could be who on Jan 15 2014 put 5488 shares of TelVue stock up for sale at $14.00 at the same time. There are only a few shareholders who have that many shares to begin with. I am one and Gerry Lenfest is the other.
In order for me to show it could not have been me I put 4000 shares up for sale at $222.20 for two weeks.
I can not have 4000 shares up for sale and 5488 up for sale when I only have 8000 total.
That leaves Gerry Lenfest and I am inclined to feel he would not come 17 years for a lousy $14.00.
He does not need the money. Was it a group of people who got together and pooled their shares to get 5488 to sell on that day ? I am trying to show who it is not.
Now for who it is.
Someone who has a short position and has no alternative . If the stock price goes up or down it’s bad for that person. They are there to hold us where we are for now and to control the piece of the stock. If someone offers to buy at $14.00 the seller can sell at $13.00 if they wish. It’s a stop gap and will not work for long. One good word from the company and it’s away we go. I have explained as carefully as I can and now if I’m wrong please help me to see why.

Holding TelVue shares has made it the billion dollar bomb shell it is.

There is no limit to the loss of someone has been caught in a short squeeze.
