My guess is the silence on the operations front means recovery is happening and HIMR is trying to secure financing to complete the buyback before they announce it. Thats the problem with announcing buyback plans, you don't really want to announce anything that could move the PPS until the buyback is completed. Not a horrible problem to have, but it sucks as shareholders to be left in the dark.
