(FROZ) is a publicly traded company that sells and ships frozen desserts, ice cream, ice cream cakes, ice cream sundae party boxes, and associated food products to consumers and business customers. The company is diversifying its business model through a reverse merger with APT Group, which manufactures and distributes recreational, utility, and power sports products through its subsidiaries. The share exchange between the two companies was completed on April 10, 2014 while other outstanding items such as changes to the public company name and application for a new ticker symbol have been initiated and will be announced once they are approved by authorities.
