You got that right. What scares me is not that I have completely lost faith, it's that no one is intelligently stating how EWSI can fund their plan from here. This talk of over expansion at the cost of dilution and absent revenues bums me out and seems to have merit. Someone posted from the filing that they said new avenues of funding are needed (crucial is a better word). What will they be? I've said before what could be Marty's over exuberance and inflexibility. Can he adjust now? Do what's really needed? So I'm wondering what he needs to do?

Maybe China was the path of least resistance but it's coming back to haunt. Slower U.S. growth, tried and true, seems to have been the better option. Is Marty too aggressive, in too much of a hurry to be famous? He's not showing the genius and careful execution commensurate with his resume that so many have bragged about over the months. He's looking more and more like the guy who had a good idea but not the talent or patience necessary to pull it off.
Which makes one think was it all a smoke screen from the get go? A get rich scheme like so many others? Question: is there a path Marty can follow at this point where he walks away unscathed and richer? Or does everything still point to his sincerity? Love to know from those wiser than myself.

And what about that crap in the filing reminding all shareholders they have little or no legal recourse cause every stakeholder out of country. Doesn't make me feel warm and fuzzy. Is that standard language in a filing or unique to EWSI? Sheesh!
