Price action is kind of weird these days. I mean

Price action is kind of weird these days. I mean it seems like everything is going according to plan; building going up, great articles being published, yet the stock keeps on falling. Yesterday at the close the was a 5 million + wall of shares for sale at $0.06. There are block trades of 1 million+ shares going at lower prices today. I just don't really get it.
