Rounder Inc, has recently undergone some changes to its key personal. In a recent Press Release the company announced that it was actively seeking to hire a new president, and fill vacated BOD positions. The company went on further in additional press releases to inform investors of the acquisition of App-Swarm Inc. Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Clay Cooley I am the CEO/Chairman of App-Swarm Inc. I would best describe my business background as diverse, and my personality as success oriented and goal driven.

App-Swarm Inc. on October 1st, 2012 completed the successful negotiation to be acquired by Rounder Inc. a publicly traded company, presently listed on the OTC pink sheets. I personally am excited about the opportunities that this relationship presents for App-Swarm Inc. Once conversations began, I realized that both Rounder Inc. and App-Swarm Inc. share a similar synergy, which I strongly feel will result in both companies realizing success. The company prior to completing its deal with Rounder Inc. has undergone material changes in its management structure. On 09/26/2012, the company parted ways with Anthony Miller as President and Sandra Thomas as Secretary/Treasurer.
