On top of not meeting their final deadline for filing the 10K, JBI also failed to do what was necessary to keep themselves on the OTCQB, causing themselves to be demoted to OTCPink. These kinds of things don't give the impression of a company on the verge of getting their act together.

There is only one place on the OTCMarkets that a company has "no listing requirements", and that is the OTCPink.
