the K was a given ..
of course the minor detail that the new CFO indicated that the K
might not be out apparently eludes team fud too
like you alan .. i won't be bothered if the K is filed when the Q is due
(Mid May)
only aspect i'm interested in reading is the sequence of material events
filed out of mgmt that can't be misinterpreted
btw one other tiny *prob* >> team fud is facing
52 week high continues to reset lower .. and will do so till the YOY *return* touted 20x daily by team fud ... is far lower than what shows today

my CB (personal acct) is sub 30c/above 25c ..
my own take (even tho' ability to observe *first hand* has been limited
these last few weeks due to other time constraints) is that FUMES are
a distinct possibility .. which is why i've been noting IB's access sub

that doesn't mean that exhausted retail won't be picked off either
but that is somewhat countered by those of us who continue to pick off JBII markers
suspect next round is less than a week away (orchestration) either raid or mini run ..
again it means nothing until mgmt files sequence
