Kindergarten may be for some and opinions are always available for what they are worth. Now let me give you some facts.
On June 17 , 2013 a shareholders meeting was held in Philadelphia, Pa. At that time the shareholders of TelVue were introduced to the representative from Shechtman Marks Devor PC. It was explained that a substantial amount of money could be saved by doing the audited financials to be presented after the rush by many companies to get them done for reporting. We were asked to vote and I for one thought it was a great idea. Saving money is what this company needed. It was excepted and the financials will be late.
Being late does in no way mean they mean they will be inaccurate. All will be done according to standard practices and will be exact.
Let’s bury this once and for all. The financials are late by design. They have saved us money and are on the way. Shareholders have elected to do it this way and everyone who was there was happy and still is.
Next issue. Selling. I have said no TelVue shareholder is selling stock. I have made the statement that in my opinion (there is that word again) they have been placed for sale short to control the share price and forestall the inevitable. The financials come out and a profit is reported I feel they will be withdrawn. I address the next few issues opened for debate this morning in my next post.
