The agreements with collectives were originally for licensing management and logistics services and wasn't contingent on the existence of PJ. Also, it was for acting as their MCA.
Let's deconstruct that... You think PJs pays the collectives, which pays SKTO who then pays PJs?
Selling Vape pens and BBIO products to shareholders doesn't prove anything to me. I'm not saying it's a scam at all btw... But shareholders buying product isn't proof of scalability and doesn't show that they can collect on the contracts that the rainmaker was so proud of.
