That actually worked out better for the flippers than I expected. : ) Ha!
Looks to me like all three parties, Heartland, Seafarer and the state had some trust issues on this third site and there had to be a joint venture, aka Seafarer's Quest that made everyone happy. I guess that could have delayed the process a bit.
I feel so much better now. So can we get the show on the road now?
