One more observation if I may, and hopefully, Mr. Shaw is watching. You need an extension. Fine, take one. No problem. But by waiting till after closing for the news to hit on the last day it's like a high school kid who stayed up all night on a term paper then rushes in to drop it on the teachers desk 30 seconds before the deadline. It should have been finished yesterday, filed this morning, and announced this afternoon before closing, at worst. Hell, even that looked bad enough. (Just picture yourself as an investor for an investment banking firm and how he/she would view this last minute stuff. Just sayin).
